摘要
本文根据冷轧汽车板生产线的实际情况。为了实现冷轧机组对带钢表面缺陷的快速准确检测,以利于有针对性的检查,设计表面缺陷自动检测仪。本文从模式识别过程和先进的缺陷检测系统入手,对缺陷检测仪设备进行深入分析和研究,提出了带钢生产机组表面缺陷检测可行性方案,可以减轻精整机组的压力及提高效益,使之在满足生产要求的基础上提高效率。
This article is on the base of the actual situation of automobile production. In order to achieve strip surface defects detected quickly and accurately, the benefit of targeted inspections, design automatic surface defect detector. This article start from pattern recognition process and advanced defects detected system. On the thorough analysis and the research to defects detector, propose feasible strip program of surface inspection. It can reduce stress and improve the effectiveness of groups, so that to meet the production requirements on the basis of efficiency.
