多结太阳能电池关键测试技术研究

摘要 太阳能电池作为一种安全环保的新能源,已经广泛地应用在工业、交通、通讯、航天和军事等各个领域,尤其在航天领域,太阳能电池是各种航天飞行器的主要能源。作为第三代太阳能电池的重要代表,单片叠层多结太阳能电池将具有广阔的市场前景和应用空间。以三结太阳能电池作为研究对象,将多结太阳能电池光谱响应中的单色激励光源、光偏置、电偏置理论与技术作为重要内容进行研究,实验结果表明文中所用关键测试技术可行有效,为今后开展单片叠层多结太阳能电池光谱响应测试理论与技术深入研究提供可供参考的理论依据和方法。 As a safe environment-friendly new energy, solar cell has been widely used in industry, transport, communication, aerospace and military fields. Especially in the aerospace field, solar cell is the main energy of various spacecrafts. As an important representative of the third generation solar cells, monolithic multi-junction solar cell will have a broad market prospect and application. This paper mainly analysed key test technology of multi-junction solar in the performance testing, including light source driver, optical biasing?and electrical bias. The practice indicated that the methods are feasible and effective. These could be a reference for the next research.
