摘要
以轧管机主传动系统中十字轴式万向联轴器为例,运用ANSYS程序对辊端叉头进行三维有限元分析,找出了叉头的应力集中区和最大应力值,分析了叉头发生破坏的原因,提出了叉头结构设计时可采取的措施。
Taking the cross shaft universal joint of the tube rolling-mill main drive system as an example,the three dimensional finite element analysis of roller end clevis is carried out by using ANSYS.The clevis stress concentration area and the biggest stress value is found,the destruction reason of clevis is analyzed,and the measure of structure design is proposed.
