摘要
此试验方法是针对我厂生产的一种特殊结构形式齿轮箱的轴承安装间隙而制定的,通过型式试验,制定试验规程模拟齿轮箱的实际工况,确定圆锥滚子轴承安装间隙,得出适合批量生产的最佳轴承安装间隙,不仅保证了产品的寿命,而且提高了生产率。
This test method aiming at the plant production is formulated for a kind of special structure forms of gearbox bearing installation clearance,through the type testing and the actual working condition of formulate test specification simulation gear box,the taper roller bearings installation clearance is determined,the best bearing installation clearance suitable for mass production is obtained,not only ensure the service life of product,but also improve productivity.
