摘要
特异性启动子不仅能使目的基因的表达产物在一定器官或组织积累,避免植物营养的不必要浪费,同时可避免外源基因在食用部位表达,消除人们对食品安全的顾虑,减少对植物生理和环境潜在的、不可预知的影响。综述了高等植物特异性启动子植物基因工程中的最新研究进展,以期为人们更加深入地了解高等植物基因表达调控机制,为植物基因工程中生物反应器的研究提供有应用价值的启动子元件。
Specific promoters are a key and difficult problem that we are paying attention to. Specific promoters avoid over - expression of foreign gene and expression in edible part. It also can eleminate people ' s concern about transgene food safety. Specific promoters direct target gene expression and accumulation in a certain organ or tissue. So it can avoid making a waste of plant nutrition. It also can reduce potential and unpredictable effect on enironment and plant physiology. Abtaining a knowledge of the promoters' struct and functional element is usefull for understanding mechanism of plants gene expression. It can provide the application promoter elements for bioreactor in plant genetic engineering research. This paper expounds the prospect in the study of specific promoter in plant genetic engineering.
