摘要 黑视蛋白是一种新的维生素A类视蛋白,从它被发现就受到人们的关注。综述了黑视蛋白的化学本质、分布、最大吸收光谱、生理功能及其基因的研究进展,阐明黑视蛋白与其他视蛋白的差异,有助于开展黑视蛋白的进一步研究。 Melanopsiri is a new class of opsins. Since it was found , scientists pay close attention to it. The chemical nature , distribution , λmax, physiological function of melanopsin and the differences with other opsins are reviewed in this paper in order to further illustrate to melanopsin.
