摘要
用质量浓度为50,200,500,1000,2000,4000mg/L的稀土水溶液对玉米种子进行浸种处理,采用营养钵盆栽试验,研究了稀土浸种处理对玉米种子膜透性、种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度稀土溶液浸种处理,促进了种子细胞膜的修复,种子膜透性降低;不同质量浓度稀土溶液浸种处理促进玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的效应不同。500,1000mg/L浸种处理促进种子萌发和幼苗生长的效应较明显,表现为种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数明显提高,幼苗干质量、鲜质量增加,根冠比增大。低质量浓度和高质量浓度浸种处理对种子萌发和幼苗生长的促进效应不明显,高质量浓度处理甚至对种子萌发和幼苗生长还有抑制作用。
Corn seeds were presoaked with rare earth aqueous solution of concentrations of 50,200,500,1 000 and 2 000 and 4 000 mg/L,and after corn seed presoaking treatments effects to seeds membrane permeability,seed germination,seedling growth were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that rare earth seed presoaking treatments enhanced seed cell membrane repairing ability,but reduced cell membrane permeability.Different concentrations had the different influence.The germination of seed and the growth of corn seedling were improved obviously by 500,1 000 mg/L treatments,showing in detail as the germination potential,germination index and activity index were improved and fresh weight,dry weight and root-shoot ratio of corn seedling were increased.These actions and effects were not quite apparent by high or low concentrations,on high concentration,it was even counter-productive.
