Research on the Benefit Distribution Model of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

农户对自身利益最大化的追求是农民专业合作社存在和发展的根本原因与内在动力。公平合理的利益分配对于激励社员与合作社发展业务关系、吸引投资、激发管理者和员工的工作热情具有重要作用,是合作社扩大市场份额、增强核心竞争能力的有效手段。文章构建了交易额返利率基本模型,分析了影响交易额返利率的主要因素,为合作社制定利益分配方案提供了理论依据。

Seeking their own interests maximization is the root causes and internal power fur existence and development of farmers＇ specialization cooperatives. Equitable distribution of benefits is very important to encourage husiness relations between members and cooperative, attract investment and stimulate work enthusiasm of managers and employees. It is an important means for expanding market share and strengthening core eompetence. In this paper, the author has established the basic model for the turnover return rate and analyzed the major influential fators. It will provide a theoretical basis for farmers＇ specialized cooperatives to formulate distribution programs.
