摘要
低噪声放大器是射频收发机的一个重要组成部分,也是射频电路设计中的难点。在此先对晶体管ATF-54143做了定性分析,根据定性分析以及实际需求,阐述了射频低噪声放大器设计与仿真的两种方法。一种是以最佳噪声系数为目标的设计方法;另一种是以噪声系数为主兼顾增益目标的设计方法。该方法详尽且数据准确真实,其仿真结果均符合预定的设计要求。
Low-noise amplifier is an important component of the radio frequency transceiver, and is a difficult point in the RF circuit design. A qualitative analysis on the transistor ATF-54143 is proposed, and two kinds of design and simulation methods of LNA are introduced. One design is targeted for best noise figure solutions and the other is aimed for noise figure solutions with regard to gain. The designs described in this paper are detailed and the data are accurate. The simulation results satisfy the preset design reauirement.
