文章对近10年发表在核心核心期刊上的64篇论文进行了统计分析。分析表明,物业管理法规建设、物业费拖欠、物业收费标准与价格机制、物业服务企业服务水平和自身管理等问题关注度最高;学者们的研究视角较为广阔,但理论深度和理论关注度有待提高,缺乏多学科交融的研究视角、多个利益关者主体间的系统研究和结合我国特殊经济社会背景对问题产生原因的深层次理论追问。此外,现有研究多属于描述的定性分析,缺乏对批量物管企业、特定区域和行业面上数据调查。
