为实现"节能减排"生产,临沂中联水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料生产线,在小磨试验、大磨试生产试验的基础上,选用价格便宜又有增强作用的热电厂脱硫灰,成功实现了商业生产和稳定运行,且产品物化性能很好,施工性能优良,并可为企业节约成本超过600万元/年,实现了双效生产。
To realize ＂energy-saving and emission-reducing＂ production, on base of experiment and trial run, Linyi China United Cement Co.,Ltd. chosed desulphurized fly ash that has low price and strengthening action as cement admixture and reached sucessfully commercial production and stable run, furthermore, the physical and chemical performance of the product was excellent as well as the construction performace, which will save 6,000,000 RMB per yea,＂ for the enterprise.
