内蒙古自治区健身俱乐部对社会体育人才需求的调查研究

A research of the fitness clubs demand the talents of social sports in Inner Mongolia

采用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对内蒙古自治区健身俱乐部对社会体育人才需求类型与职业素质结构进行调查,结果显示:健身俱乐部对社会体育人才需求的数量供不应求,社会体育专业学生在岗人数较少;健身俱乐部需求的岗位类型依次是管理类、运动指导类和经营类,不同岗位类型对职业素质的要求各有侧重,既有相同之处又有其岗位特点。

By using questionnaire and experts interview, this article analyses the occupational talents＇ types and quality structure need by the clubs, members and fitness coaches, and gets the result that although it is very big that the quantity of the social sports talents are needed by fitness clubs, the number of social sport major students＇ occupation is very less; the professional types are management, sport supervisor and administration; the posts＇ characteristics alter with the requirement of individual type.
