摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访问和数理统计等方法,对江西高校体育资源情况进行调查,结果表明:江西高校体育人力资源相对匮乏,科研能力强的博士及领衔教授人数不够;高校体育场馆数量少,人均可用面积小,利用率低;高校的体育经费投入量少,在常规体育教学和科研上比例偏低;体育图书藏书少、种类单一、信息数据库资源不丰富。高校迅速扩招、历史基础薄弱、领导重视不够、运行机制和管理体制不完善等是导致江西高校体育资源配置不合理的主要原因。积极培养体育人力资源、提高体育信息化建设步伐、加大体育场馆建设和管理力度等是促进资源合理配置的可行性方略。
By using the methods of documents, questionnaire, expert interview, and statistics, this article analyses the sports resources in Jiangxi colleges and universities. The results show that in Jiangxi colleges and universities, there are many problems as follow： short of manpower resource, lack of gymnasium, less investment in sports, leadership paying no more attention to, imperfection in operation and management system, etc. The feasible strategy for promoting the resources＇ allocation is to cultivate the manpower resource of sports, develop sports information＇s construction, and strengthen the gymnasium＇s construction and management.
