摘要
以固体超强酸SO4/ZnO-TiO2作催化剂,柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料合成了柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)。考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,固体超强酸SO4/ZnO-TiO2是合成柠檬酸三丁酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:正丁醇和柠檬酸的摩尔比为4.0∶1,反应温度130℃-140℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的1.0%,酯化率达98%以上。
Synthesis of tributyl citrate(TBC) had been studied by using citric acid and n-butanol as reactants and solid superacid SO4/ZnO-TiO2 as a catalyst.The influences of reaction condition on the yield of ester were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions were using 1% of catalyst with the molar ration of n-butanol to citric acid being 4.0∶1,at temperature of 130 ℃-140 ℃ for 2.5 h.Under this condition,the maximum yield of ester was over 98%.
