摘要
目的探讨经电子支气管镜肺活检对周围型和弥漫性肺部病变的诊断价值。方法对62例常规支气管镜检查未发现腔内病变的周围型及弥漫性肺疾病患者,在无X线透视下按影像学解剖定位行经电子支气管镜肺活检及刷检。结果 62例病人中确诊病例37例(59.7%),其中36例周围型肺部阴影有26例得到确诊(72.2%),26例弥漫性肺部病变有11例得到确诊(42.3%)。结论经电子支气管镜对周围型和弥漫性肺部病变行肺活检术操作方便,安全性高,可重复性强,并发症少,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transbronchial lung biospy（TBLB） via bronchovideoscope in peripheral and diffuse pulmonary disease.Methods According to the anatomical orientation of image,TBLB was performed without fluoroscopic guidance in 62 patients with peripheral and diffuse lung diseases in which endobronchial lesions are not visible through conventional bronchoscopy.Results 26 cases were confirmed diagnosis in 36 patients with peripheral lung diseases（72.2%）,and that of 11 cases in 26 patients with diffuse lung diseases（42.3%）.The total positive diagnostic rate was 59.7%（37/62）.Conclusion TBLB via bronchovideoscope in diagnosis of peripheral and diffuse pulmonary disease is a handy,safe and repeatable operational method with few complications and higher practical value.
