自(微)乳化制剂的固体化技术 被引量:5

摘要 目的综述固体化技术用于自(微)乳化制剂的研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外相关文献并进行归纳和总结。结果与结论利用各种制剂固体化技术可将液态或半固态自(微)乳化制剂转变为固态自(微)乳化制剂;自(微)乳化制剂固体化后不仅改善了液态制剂生产成本高、不便携带、低温储存过程中的药物或辅料的析出以及药物化学稳定性问题,而且保留了液态自(微)乳化制剂提高难溶性药物溶出度和生物利用度的特性;此外还可根据药物特性和实际需要,通过添加其他辅料或包衣制备缓释或控释制剂。
