摘要
目的研究木犀科药用植物女贞子(Ligustrum lucidum)的化学成分。方法用溶剂提取、萃取、硅胶正相柱色谱、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱及结晶法进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定结构。结果从女贞子中分离鉴定了9个化合物,结构分别为3-O-cis-P-coumaroyl maslinic acid(1),oleoside 11-methyl ester(2),oleonuezhenide(3),G 13(4),oleosidedimethyl ester(5),nuezhenide(6),oleuropein(7),3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl-β-D-glucoside(8)和3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl-(6′-caf-feoyl)-β-D-glucoside(9)。结论化合物1为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2~4,8,9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents frum the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum. METHODS The constituents were extracted with 95% EtOH, partitioned with different solvents, and isolated and purified by silica gel, sephadex LH -20, and HPLC column chromatography. The structures were elucidated hy physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data_ RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 3-O-cis-P-coumaroyl maslinic acid( 1 ), oleoside 11-methyl ester( 2 ), oleonuezhenide ( 3 ), G 13 (4), oleoside dimethyl ester (5), nuezhenide (6), oleuropein (7), 3, 4-dihydroxyphenethyl-β-D-glucoside ( 8 ) and 3, 4- dihydroxyphenethyl-(6'-caffeoyl)-/3-D-glucoside(9) from the titled plant. CONCLUSION Compound 1 from the Ligustrum genus and the titled plant, and compound 2 -4, 8 and 9 from the titled plant, were obtained for the first time.
