补中益气汤加味治疗脾虚气弱型便秘30例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Tang in the Treatment of Constipation of the Pixu Qiruo Type：Analysis of 30 Cases

为观察补中益气汤加味治疗脾虚气弱型便秘的临床疗效，治疗组30例口服中药补中益气汤加味，对照组30例口服两药福松（聚乙二醇4000），治疗2周后两组进行疗效比较。结果显示，两组有效率比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但治疗组在用药后排便费力与排便不尽感方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，补中益气汤加味治疗脾虚气弱型便秘的临床疗效满意。

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Tang （decoction for reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing qi,DRMERQ） in the treatment of constipation of the Pixu Qiruo type（spleen insufficaciency ＆ qi deficiency constipation,SI-QD constipation）. Patients in the study group（ n = 30） administered DRMERQ, while patients（ n = 30） in the control group administered polyethylene glycol 4000 （PEG 4000）. The therapeutic results were compared between the two groups 2 weeks after the administration. Results showed that there was no statistical difference in improment rate（ P 〉0.05）. while the defecation indexes（exertion in defecation and sensation of defecation insufficiency） were better in the study group that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that DRM- ERQ can ensure a satisfactory therapeutic result in the treatment of SI-QD constipation.
