消痔灵注射结合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂17例

Combined Procedure of Xiaozhiling Injection plus Anal Canal Tightening in the Treatment of Complete Rectal Prolapse ： Analysis of 17 Cases

为观察消痔灵注射结合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效，采用消痔灵注射结合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂17例。结果显示，治愈15例，好转2例，治愈率为88．2％，有效率100％。17例中12例术后随访2年以上无复发；2例随访1年以上无复发；失访3例。平均住院23d。结果表明，消痔灵注射结合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂具有疗效好，损伤少，痛苦小，无明显不良反应及并发症和后遗症等优点。

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic results of the procedure of Xiaozhiling injection plus anal canal tightening（XI plus ACT） in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse（CRP）. Seventeen patients with CRP underwent XI plus ACT. As results, 15 got cured（88.2%） and 2 got improved （the general improvement rate of 100%）. Of the 17 cases, no recurrence was found in 12 cases during 2 years of follow up and no recurrence in 2 cases during one year of follow up （3 were lost in follow up）. Av eraged 23 days were in hospital. It is concluded that XI plus ACT in the treatment of CRP is of many advantages in terms of better therapeutic efficacy, less pain ＆ injury,and no side reaction,no complications ＆ sequelae.
