低聚半乳糖糖基化对β-乳球蛋白诱导产生IgE的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 用低聚半乳糖对牛乳β-乳球蛋白进行糖基化处理,通过间接ELISA以及动物试验检测该结合产物的抗原性和免疫原性,结果表明糖基化处理能有效降低牛乳β-乳球蛋白的抗原性和免疫原性。通过动物试验和双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测牛乳β-乳球蛋白诱导产生IgE的量,结果表明低聚半乳糖糖基化对牛乳β-乳球蛋白诱导产生IgE具有显著抑制作用。 Bovine milk β-Lactoglobulin was conjugated with galactooligosaccharide.Antigenicity and immuno-genicity of the conjugates were measured by indirect ELISA assay and animal experiments.The results showed that conjugation with galactooligosaccharide can reduce the antigenicity and immunogenicity of bovine milk β-Lactoglobulin effectively.Besides,animal experiments and sandwich ELISA method were used to measure the IgE level in vivo,induced by β-LG and its glycosylation product.The result indicated that conjunction with galactooligosaccharide suppressed IgE production by bovine milk β-Lactoglobulin significantly.
