丁香叶、月季叶和玫瑰叶黄酮对自由基和亚硝酸盐的清除作用比较研究 被引量:6

Comparative study about the scavenging action of flavonoids in clove,Chinese rose and rose leaves on radicals and nitrite

摘要 研究了丁香叶、月季叶和玫瑰叶的黄酮提取液对羟自由基(.OH)、氧自由基(O.2-)、DPPH自由基(DPPH.)以及亚硝酸盐的清除作用,并与Vc进行了比较。结果表明,3种叶片的黄酮提取液均对它们有清除作用,且具有量效关系。丁香叶、月季叶黄酮以及Vc清除羟自由基时的IC50为:0.08、0.06、0.1 mg/mL;几种叶片的黄酮提取液对氧自由基清除能力的差别随黄酮浓度的加大而缩小;丁香叶、月季叶、玫瑰叶黄酮以及Vc对DPPH.清除作用的IC50为:0.007、0.001、0.001、0.003 mg/mL;3种植物叶片的黄酮提取液对亚硝酸盐的清除作用均远不如Vc,具体为:月季叶黄酮>玫瑰叶黄酮>丁香叶黄酮,但差别不大。 A study was made on the scavenging action of flavonoids in clove leaves,Chinese rose leaves and rose leaves on hydroxyl radicals(·OH),oxyradical(O·-2),DPPH radicals(DPPH·) and nitrite.Moreover,their sca-venging actions were compared with the scavenging action of Vc.The results proved the scavenging function of the flavonoids in these leaves,and the results also showed a dose-effect relationship.The IC50 of the flavonoids in clove leaves,Chinese rose leaves and Vc on hydroxyl radicals(·OH) were about 0.08,0.06,0.1 mg/mL.The difference between scavenging actions in these leaves on oxyradical(O·-2) was reduced with the in-creasing concentration.The IC50 of the flavonoids in clove leaves,Chinese rose leaves,rose leaves and Vc on DPPH radicals(DPPH·) were about 0.007,0.001,0.001,0.003 mg/mL.The scavenging function of the fla-vonoids on nitrite in these three kinds of leaves were obvious weaker than Vc,specifically,the flavonoids of Chinese rose leaves,the flavonoids of rose leaves ,clove leaves,but the difference were little.
