摘要
以甘露低聚糖和亚硒酸为原料制备硒化甘露低聚糖。以硒含量和硒转化率为考察指标,通过单因素实验,考察了亚硒酸量、硝酸量、反应时间、反应温度对产物的影响,运用紫外(UV)和红外(IR)光谱对产物进行了表征。最后通过正交实验确定最佳工艺条件为:亚硒酸0.5 g、10%HNO3 2 mL、反应时间10 h、反应温度70℃。
The selenium mannan-oligosaccharides(Se-MOS) were prepared with mannan-oligosaccharides and selenious acid.Using the content of selenium and selenium convert ratio as indicators,the effect of different factors on preparation of Se-MOS were researched by single-factor tests,the complex was detected by UV and IR to check its symbol.The synthetic conditions of Se-MOS were optimized through orthogonal test.The optimum experimental conditions are as follows: the mass of selenious acid was 0.5 g,the volume of 10% HNO3 was 2 mL,reaction time was 10 h,reaction temperature was 70 ℃.
