摘要
针对陶瓷球表面不导电、不导磁的特性及表面缺陷的形状差异明显的特点,参考陶瓷球表面缺陷人工目检的方法,建立了基于图像处理的陶瓷球表面质量检测系统,详细介绍了陶瓷球表面展开机构及展开方式的特点。通过不同的控制方式,该展开机构可以实现平行球带展开和螺旋球带展开,以满足不同的检测需要。
Armed at non-conducting,non-magnetic,evident differences surface disfigurement of ceramic balls,taking the method of eye-detection of surface disfigurement as a reference,a detection system is set up for surface quality of ceramic balls based on image processing,and the characteristics of unfolding mechanism and unfolding type in surface of ceramic balls are introduced in detail.With the different control type,the parallel spherical band unfolding and helix spherical band unfolding can be realized by the unfolding mechanism to meet the different detection need.
