摘要
针对滚动轴承振动信号的非平稳等复杂特点,在分析迭代奇异值降噪和小波阈值降噪的原理和特点的基础上,将两者理论结合应用于轴承振动信号降噪中。试验证明,结合降噪法能有效剔除噪声,并可较好地保留冲击信号中的尖峰和突变部分,最后通过计算降噪后信号的样本熵可准确地实现轴承的故障诊断。
According to the non-stationary characteristics of the vibration signals taken from the rolling bearing,a combinative de-noising method is applied in dealing with the signals based on analysis of the principles and features of interative singular value decomposition(ISVD) de-noising and wavelet de-noising.The experiment shows that the new method is able to reduce the noise effectively and make the characteristics of sharp and jumping in the transient impulse signals more visible.And the fault diagnosis for the rolling bearing is accurately realized through calculating the sample entropies of the denoised signals.
