摘要 微细立铣刀的设计制造是微细铣削的关键技术之一。微细立铣刀通常由超硬材料加工制造,采用电火花线切割加工技术加工聚晶金刚石(PCD)微细立铣刀是其加工制造方法之一。着重介绍了PCD微细立铣刀的设计与制造:首先,设计了具有特定刀刃形状的PCD微细立铣刀,并采用有限元方法对其进行优化分析;其次,采用电火花线切割加工技术制造PCD微细立铣刀。 Design and manufacturing of micro end tool is one of the key technology of micro-milling.Micro end tool generally is manufactured from ultra hard material,and one of the methods of manufacturing of PCD micro end tool is WEDM.This paper concentrates on design and manufacturing of PCD micro end tools.Firstly,PCD micro end tool with the special tool blade is designed,and is optimized and analyzed by finite element method.Secondly,PCD micro end tool is manufactured by WEDM.
