腹膜后腹腔镜治疗复杂性肾囊肿21例报告

Treatment of the complicated renal cyst by retroperitoneal laparoscopy:a report of 21 cases

目的：评价腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗复杂性肾囊肿的疗效。方法：回顾分析2009年1月至2010年8月为21例复杂性肾囊肿患者施行腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料。结果：本组20例患者顺利完成腹膜后腹腔镜去顶减压术，手术时间30～120min，平均50min；术中出血10～lOOml，平均30ml；术后住院3～7d，平均4d。1例中转开放手术，术后7d痊愈出院：随访21例患者1～12个月，症状均消失，无复发。结论：腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗复杂性肾囊肿安全、有效：

Objective ： The aim of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic fenestration and decompression in the treatment of complicated renal cyst. Methods：The clinical data of 21 cases of complicated renal cyst treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic fenestration from Jan. 2009 to Aug. 2010 were retrospectively analysed. Results ：Twenty cases of the compli- cated renal cyst were treated successfully by retroperitoneal laparoscopie decompression. The operative time was 30rain to 120rain and the mean time was 50min. The volume of the intraoperative bleeding differed from 10ml to 100ml and the mean volume was 30ml. The hospital stay after the operation varied from 3d to 7d and the mean was 4d. One case was converted to open operation,which was discharged 7d after the operation. The patients were followed up from 1 to 12 months,no symptom relapsed. Conclusions：It is safe and effective to treat complicated renal cyst with retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression.
