硅粉流化床中颗粒浓度信号非线性分析

摘要 以硅粉为原料,空气为介质,采用PV4A型颗粒测试仪测定了Φ150mm×l000mm的有机玻璃管流化床中不同轴/径向位置处颗粒浓度波动信号。利用小波分析对颗粒浓度信号进行多尺度能量分析,并确定最佳小波函数和分解尺度,考察了不同尺度下信号能量分率随操作条件的变化。 In this paper, silicon powder as raw material and air as media,particle concentration fluctuations signal are measured by PV4A partiele.s velocity analyzer at different operation conditions in gas-solid fluidized bed with 150mm diameter in the experiment The particle concentration signals were processed multi-scale energy analysis by wavelet analysis, its best-scale wavelet function and decomposition were determined and the ehanges of energy percentage with the operation enditions at different scales were studied.
