摘要
垂直埋管型地源热泵空调系统技术的应用规模涉及资源配置问题。本文在统计了北京地区部分项目布孔用地数据的基础上,对一定场地规模的埋管系统外部性进行了识别与分析,应用边际分析法对垂直埋管系统布孔场地规模与价格的关系进行分析,导出了基于经济合理性的项目规模应用条件。得出结论为:只有项目(空调负荷)规模最小化——围绕建筑物轮廓边缘场地单排(线状)布孔几乎不占用土地,满足此条件时可看作布孔场地规模的最小化,力求符合"布孔场地规模趋向于最小规模时,负外部性的影响降低到了最小"的要求。对于垂直埋管型地源热泵空调系统技术的应用应当强调:项目的规模控制是关键,全程的科学管理是保障。
The applied scale of the vertical pipe-buried GSHPS is related to the resource allocation.Based on the statistics of the drilling layout ground scale of part GSHPS projects in Beijing area,this paper analyzes and identifies the externalities of the certain ground scale pipe-buried system,and also adopts the Marginal Value Analysis model to discuss the relationship between the drilling layout ground scale of the GSHPS and its price.It acquires the applied conditions of project scale based on economical rationality.We can get the conclusion that only the GSHPS project is made to a minimum scale—single row drilling layout around the margin of the buildings almost does not occupy ground.That would be seen as the minimum of drilling layout ground scale if the conclution can be achieved.That is to say,it should try to realize an economic principle: "when the drilling layout ground scale tends to the minimum scale,the impact of negative externality could reduce to a minimum".Regarding the application of the vertical pipe-buried GSHPS,it should be emphasized that the control of project scale is the keypoint and the entire process of scientific management is the guarantee.
