基于共生种群生态的企业群落成长机制研究

摘要 今天,企业组织间的关系正在发生着重要的转变。进入20世纪90年代以来,人们更多地将组织看作是生态系统的一部分。组织生态系统是由组织共同体与其环境相互作用而形成的系统,它常常跨越传统的产业边界。在这个生态系统中,共生创新成长显得尤为重要。本文以种群生态理论为基础,探讨了企业群落的总体生态位与共生成长的关系,并且着重探讨了渐进式和突变式变异对共生成长的影响机制。 The relationships of inter-firm are transforming at present. Since 1990s, almost people have regarded the organization as one part of ecosystem. And organization ecosystem is formed by the interaction of the organizations' community and their environment, it usually stride over the boundary of the traditional industry. In the ecological system, innovative growth of symbiosis becomes special significant. Based on population ecology theory, the relations between entire eeoniche and symbiotic growth of firms' community are probed, and mechanism what exploitative variation and explorative variation influence symbiosis growth are put emphasis on consideration by paper.
