Now knowledge has become the strategic resources for a firm to survive and develop, and the knowledge level and technological innovation capability are the core factors of competition. In order to achieve competitive advantage, a firm must manage and exploit the knowledge effectively. The core of Knowledge Management is knowledge sharing, because a firm can achieve knowledge advantage through sharing. This paper mainly discuss the issues inelude the process of knowledge accumulating, renewing and sharing, the improvement of intellectual capital and technological innovation capability. This study can help us under stand the knowledge characteristics of technological innovation capability form knowledge perspective, and thus form the foundation to improve the technological innovation capability and construct the system.
