Analysis of Clinical Application about 1112 Prescriptions of Chinese Patent Medicine

目的:分析门诊中成药处方,为临床合理使用中成药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性方法,随机抽取宣武医院2007年门、急诊中成药处方1112张,分析中成药临床应用情况及合理性。结果:90%中成药处方,由西医师开具;老年人使用中成药占到38.3%;中成药处方中存在诊断与用药不符、药品配伍不合理及处方超量等问题。结论:中药师需关注老年人用药;处方审核在临床医生(尤其西医)安全合理用药方面发挥积极作用。

Objective：To analyze the prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine to promote rational use of drug. Method： 1 112 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine from February 2007 to January 2008 were analyzed with a retrospective analysis method. Result ：90% of prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine were used by western medicine doctors. 38.3% of prescriptions were prescribed to elderly patients. The existing problem of prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine were difference of the diagnosis and drug usage, unreasonable drug compatibility and over-dosage. Conclusion： Pharmacists should focus on the use of the Chinese patent medicine for elderly patients. Checking prescription play an important role in guiding rational use of drug very well.
