我院2007～2009年脑血管畸形患者用药情况分析

Analysis of the Drug Use for Patients with Cerebral Vascular Malformation in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的:研究我院脑血管畸形患者的用药情况。方法:利用药历管理软件统计我院2007～2009年脑血管畸形患者使用药品的数量与金额,采用限定日剂量法计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用,以及消耗金额与DDDs的序号比。结果:近三年来,DDDs和金额排名基本未发生变化,DDC和序号比变化也较小,DDDs排名靠前的药物绝大多数都是对症治疗的药物。结论:脑血管畸形患者的药物治疗集中于对症治疗。治疗方案相对稳定。

Objective： To evaluate the drug use for patients with cerebral vascular malformation in Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Method：The amount and sum of drugs were summarized and analyzed. DDDs, DDC and B/A were calculated. Result：In the recent three years, DDDs, DDC, B/A and amounts of drugs have changed slightly in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular malformation. The front-ranking DDDs drugs were mainly those used for the symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： The drug use for the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular malformation was reasonable in our hospital. The treatments were relatively stable.
