白芍总苷的抗炎活性

Research on the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect of total glucosides of Paeonia

目的:通过系列炎症模型,研究白芍总苷(TGP)的抗炎活性特点。方法:采用小鼠热板法,醋酸腹膜炎模型,苯酚胶浆所致盆腔炎大鼠等实验观察白芍的镇痛抗炎效果。结果:白芍总苷在200mg.kg-1时具有较好的镇痛作用,并对小鼠腹膜炎的白细胞渗出有一定抑制作用,对慢性盆腔炎大鼠的子宫粘连与扩张有较好的治疗作用。结论:白芍总苷具有较好的镇痛、抗炎作用。

OBJCETIVE To study the mechanism of anti inflammatory effect of total glucosides of Paeonia（TGP） through a series of inflammatory models. METHODS To study the anti-inflammatory activity of TGP by using the models of hot plate, acetic acid induced-peritonitis in mice, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats. RESULTS TGP in the dose of 200 mg·kg^-1 had a better analgesic effect; inhibited exudation of leukocytes in mice＇s peritonitis and inhibited uterine chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats. CONCLUSION The TGP has good analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects.
