摘要
为真实反映螺旋轴流式混抽泵叶轮的受力状态,用CFD对叶轮进行了分析。首先对叶轮内的流场进行数值模拟,得到稳态流体压力,然后将CFD模拟得到的叶轮表面流体压力和温度场分析结果加载到叶轮模型进行热力学耦合分析,得到复杂叶轮的温度场、应力场和位移等分布情况。研究结果为优化叶轮结构设计和减少反复设计提供了参考依据,具有较为重要的工程实用价值。
To present a real picture of the stress state of the impeller,the CFD was adopted to make an analysis of the impeller of the helico-axial multiphase pump.First,a numerical simulation of the flow field in the pump impeller was conducted to obtain the steady state fluid pressure,and then the pressure obtained by the CFD was loaded onto the impeller surface to conduct a heat structure coupling analysis to obtain the distributions of the temperature field,stress field and displacement of the complex impeller.This study offers a reference for the structural optimization of the downhole multiphase pump impeller,and it is of great value in practical engineering.
