摘要
为优化地层测试器节流控制阀结构,提高其工作性能,运用CFD软件Fluent对其在不同开度下进行了三维数值模拟分析。采用SIMPLE算法和κ-ε2方程模型进行求解,计算单相流体的定常流动,对阀内流场分布和节流阀的流量特性进行了分析研究,并以此为依据,对节流控制阀进行了结构优化设计,优化后的模型调节能力明显优于初始设计模型。分析结果对节流阀的优化设计有一定的理论指导作用。
To optimize the structure of the throttle control valve of the formation tester and improve its operating performance,the CFD Fluent software was used to make a three-dimension numerical analysis of it in different openings.The SIMPLE algorithm and the k-ε equation models were employed for the solution.The stationary flow of the single-phase fluid was calculated,and a detailed analysis of the flow field distribution within the valve and the flow characteristics of the throttle were made.Then the optimized design of the valve was made.The simulation analysis showed that the regulating capacity of the optimized model was remarkably better than that of the initially designed model,with slight resistance.The study offers a theoretical reference for the design of throttle.
