摘要 视频装置受γ射线照射后,视频图像出现不同强度噪声,影响图像的清晰度。为消除此类图像噪声,深入研究γ射线对视频装置各组成元件的影响机制,总结视频图像噪声产生机理,根据视频监控装置的实际使用环境,提出了从软、硬件两方面采取措施以提高视频图像质量的方法。设计了一套完善的硬件辐射防护装置,并结合特定的软件消噪算法用于图像消噪。通过辐射环境实验结果表明,设计的软硬件相结合的视频图像消噪方案可将视频图像的峰值信噪比提高8.5dB。 There will be variable noises appear on images in video once the play device irradiated by γ-rays, so as to affect the image clarity. In order to eliminate the image noising, the affection mechanism of γ-irradiation on video-play device was studied in this paper and the methods to improve the image quality with both hardware and software were proposed by use of protection program and de-noising algorithm. The experimental results show that the scheme of video de-noising based on hardware and software can improve effectively the PSNR by 8.5 dB.
