Study on the Power Control Performance Standard for General Tie Lines

为适应"三华"同步电网形成以后可能出现的互联电网联络线功率控制中多种控制配合方式、多种控制模式配合策略及多种控制对象的局面,提出了一种通用的联络线功率控制性能标准——G标准,讨论了G标准的原理、G1和G2标准的表达方式、G标准中参数的选择方法以及G标准在主要场景下的应用。

In order to cope with the possible situations of multiple coordinating control methods,strategies,and objects that may occur in power control of connected tie lines after the establishment of the ＂Three-Hua＂ synchronous power grid,this paper proposes G standard： the general tie line power control performance standard.It explains the theoretical principles of G standard,presents the expressions of G1 G2,puts forward the selection methods of parameters of G standard,and finally discusses the applications of G standards under some major conditions.
