摘要
分析了不同尺寸电场传感器、放置状态、离子流收集板面积、微电流测量方法对直流合成场和离子流测量的影响,阐述了不同因素对测量结果的影响程度。在此基础上,提出了直流合成场、离子流测量仪器选择和校准方面的建议。
This paper presents the electric field sensors of different sizes,their placing state,and ion current collection area,and analyzes how micro-current measurement methods influence measurement results of DC total electric field strength and ion current density.These factors produce the effect on the measurement results at different levels.Finally,some suggestions are made about the selection and calibration of the measuring instruments.
