中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡58例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 58 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将103例本病患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组45例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为93.1%,而对照组仅为82.2%,两组比较,P<0.05;且两组HP转阴率比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效满意。

Objective： to discuss the clinical effect on peptic ulcer treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method：103 cases were randomly divided into 58 cases in treatment group and 45 cases in control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and cases in the control group treated with western routine therapy.Results： The total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group and 82.2% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The negative rate of HP had significant difference as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had satisfactary effect for treating peptic ulcer.
