摘要
近年来,武钢三烧通过使用二次资源降低原料成本,同时采取提高台时产量、厚料层烧结、配加生石灰、余热利用、加强点火操作等措施降低烧结工序能耗,使烧结矿成本大幅度降低。
The raw material cost is reduced by use of secondary resources in sintering production in No. 3 Sintering Plant of WISCO, and the process energy consumption is reduced by such measures as increasing the productivity of each sintering machine per hour, deep bed sintering, adding quicklime, utilization of the residual heat and strengthening the ignition process etc,and therefore the sinter cost is lowered substantially.
