微凹坑形状对试件表面摩擦特性的影响 被引量:39

摘要 在试件表面分别加工圆形、正方形和椭圆形的微凹坑阵列,利用往复式摩擦试验法研究了微凹坑形状对试件表面摩擦特性的影响.结果表明:在固定的微凹坑面积及深度下,每种形状的微凹坑表面织构都存在一个最优的面积率,使得摩擦面具有最低的摩擦系数;通过比较各形状微凹坑最优面积率下的减摩效果,发现椭圆形微凹坑具有最好的减摩效果,在试验载荷200N、转速400r/min时,与无织构表面相比可降低摩擦26.3%;随着试验载荷的增大,每种形状微凹坑表面织构的减摩效果明显减弱,说明在高载荷条件下利用表面织构降低摩擦的难度要高于低载荷条件. In order to reveal the effects of micro-dimple shapes on the tribological properties of specimen surfaces,reciprocating frictional experiments were performed for the specimens respectively with circular,square and elliptic micro-dimples.The results indicate that,at fixed dimple area and depth,each dimple shape corresponds to a suitable area ratio that results in minimum friction coefficient,that elliptic micro-dimple with the optimal area ratio may lead to the greatest friction reduction,that the friction coefficient of the specimen with elliptic micro-dimple decreases by 26.3% at a test load of 200 N and a rotating speed of 400 r/min,and that the friction reduction significantly weakens with the increase in load,which means that,under high load,the friction reduction with the help of surface texture is more difficult.
