可吸收螺钉微创治疗肱骨大结节撕脱骨折疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨应用可吸收螺钉微创方式治疗肱骨大结节撕脱骨折的疗效。方法:应用可吸收螺钉微创内固定治疗肱骨大结节撕脱骨折。结果:全部病例13例,随诊3—6个月,平均4个月,骨折在3个月可达到临床愈合。按Neer评分标准评定,优9例,良2例,一般2例,优良率85%。结论:可吸收螺钉微创内固定方式治疗肱骨大结节撕脱骨折,创伤小,恢复快,疗效肯定。
