氨合成工段主要设备爆炸冲击波危害后果估算 被引量:3

摘要 对山东省某化肥厂年产15万t氨合成工段中主要设备的物理爆炸冲击波危害半径和总爆炸冲击波危害半径进行了估算和排序.结果表明,总爆炸冲击波的危害半径远大于物理爆炸,且物理爆炸冲击波危害半径由大到小的次序为废热锅炉、氨合成塔、水冷凝器、冷却器、氨分离器Ⅰ、氨分离器Ⅱ、加热器、氨冷凝器、油分离器、循环机,总爆炸冲击波的危害半径由大到小的依次为水冷凝器、氨分离器Ⅱ、冷却器、加热器、氨分离器Ⅰ、油分离器、氨合成塔、废热锅炉、氨冷凝器、循环机,该结果可为合成氨的安全生产管理提供理论指导. The damage radius of a chemical fertilizer plant,which produces 150 000 tons annually,generated by the blast wave of the physical explosion and the total explosion were estimated and compared in this paper.The results show that the damage radius of the blast wave from the total explosion is much bigger than that from the physical explosion.And the descending sequence device of the damage radius generated from the blast wave of the physical explosion is the waste heat boiler,the ammonia converter,the water cooler,the cold exchanger,the ammonia separator Ⅰ,the ammonia separator Ⅱ,the heat exchanger,the ammonia cooler,the oil separator and the recycling machine,and the device of the sequence generated from the blast wave of the total explosion is the water cooler,the ammonia separator Ⅱ,the cold exchanger,the heat exchanger,the ammonia separator Ⅰ,the oil separator,the ammonia converter,the waste heat boiler,the ammonia cooler and the recycling machine.The calculation results can provide a theoretical guidance for the daily safety production and management.
