摘要
对再生水紫外线消毒进行动力学研究,确定了其动力学参数.研究结果表明,当浊度<15 NUT,进水菌体浓度小于1.0×106 CFU/mL时,紫外线消毒细菌的反应级数为1.02~1.05,总大肠菌群的反应级数为0.99~1.00,可以近似地将其看作一级光化学反应.细菌的一级杀菌速率常数为0.220~0.309cm2/(mW.s),总大肠菌群的一级杀菌速率常数为0.327~0.340cm2/(mW.s),该结果可以作为再生水紫外线消毒反应器设计和运行管理的参考依据.
The study researches kinetics of UV disinfection of reclaimed water,and obtained relevant parameters.It shows that the bacteria reaction order and the total coliform reaction order are very close to 1,when the turbidity is less than 15 NUT and the initial consistence of bacteria is less than 1.0×106 CFU/mL.The ultraviolet disinfection process can be viewed as first order kinetics of optical biochemistry.The first sterilization rate constant of bacteria equals to 0.220-0.309 cm2/(mW·s),and that of total coliform equals to 0.327-0.340 cm2/(mW·s).
