分析体外循环时间对心脏瓣膜置换术后肾功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)时间对心脏瓣膜置换术后肾功能的影响。方法:选取28例行心脏瓣膜置换术后出现肾功能损伤的患者作为肾功能异常组,随机选取37例同期行心脏瓣膜置换术肾功能正常的患者作为对照组,收集它们的资料,对两组病例的CPB时间进行对比分析。结果:肾功能正常组的CPB平均时间(143.41±48.20)min,肾功能异常组的CPB平均时间(197.82±43.39)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.00027),CPB时间<150min肾功能异常的患者5/27例(18.5%),CPB时间>150min肾功能异常的患者23/38例(60.5%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:CPB时间可明显影响心脏瓣膜置换术后的肾功能。
