HPV致宫颈癌的机制研究及防治策略 被引量：11

摘要 子宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，据WHO估计。中国是世界上浸润性宫颈癌（ICC）发病人数第二的国家，严重危害妇女健康。随着筛查的普遍开展，宫颈癌的死亡率较前已明显下降，但人乳头瘤病毒（human papilloma virus，HPV）引起生殖道感染的发病率呈上升趋势。研究证实，高危型HPV的感染，尤其是16、18型。与90％以上的宫颈癌有关，
