This paper reviews the development of printed literature resource construction,digital information resource construction,network information resource development,digital information resource integration and information resource sharing in the first decade of the new century.Achievements of theoretical researches in information resources construction are summarized,some existing problems are analyzed,and the future trend of information resource construction is explored in the paper.
