摘要
目的探讨直肠癌术后近期术后并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析了从2002年9月至2009年9月于行手术治疗的512例直肠癌患者资料。结果吻合口瘘37例,骶前出血5例,造口坏死1例,造口旁疝2例,造口回缩1例,输尿管损伤3例,切口感染18例。结论预防并发症是降低手术死亡率、提高患者生活质量的关键。
Objective To investigate the prevention measure of complications after operation of rectal cancer.Methods A retrospective study of 512 post-operation patients with colorectal cancer from September,2002 to September,2009 was performed.Results The complications included anastomosis leakage in 37 cases,presacral veniplexbleeding in 5 cases,ischemic necrosis of stoma in 1 case,para-stomal hernia in 2 cases, stoma retraction in 1 case,incision infection in 18 cases.Conclusion It is important to prevent complicationsafter operation of colorectal cancer.Less complication can reduce the operation mortality and improve the quality oflife.
