摘要
甘露寡糖(MOS)可促进有益菌群增殖、抑制肠道病原菌、降低胃肠道疾病的发生率,提高动物日增重及饲料转化率,降低死亡率,增强动物免疫力,并能在较大程度上取代抗生素。本文综述甘露寡糖的特性及其在反刍动物生产中的应用和作用效果的影响因素等。
Mannose- oligosaccharides （MOS） can promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria,inhibit detrimental bacteria ,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases, improve daily gain and feed conservation rate, reduce mortality, enhance animal immunity and replace antibiotics to a great extent.The characteristics of MOS,and its application in ruminant and influencing factors were reviewed.
