摘要
本试验选择20只成龄健康蛋用鹌鹑,分为两组,每组10只,一组饲喂含霉菌50×1011个/g的霉败饲料(试验组),一组喂正常饲料(对照组)。试验期为3周,观测鹌鹑健康及血液指标变化。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组鹌鹑肝脏、胆囊及肠道均发生不同程度的病理变化,血液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)显著升高(P<0.01),总蛋白(TP)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。
This experiment was designed to determine the harm of moldy feed on quail health and hematology.Twen- ty female health quails were divided into two groups.One group was fed moldy feed （the trail group）and the other was fed basal feed （the control group）.The results showed that the liver, gallbladder and intestines of trail group had some patho- logical change,and serum alkaline phosphates （ALP） of trail group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01） ; The total protein of trail group was much lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.
